PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how DesiPaisaKhata collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application (DesiPaisaKhata)

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us directly when you create an account, log in, or interact with the App. This includes your email address, pin generated and after login any personal events tracking details, income saving and related details, password vault in encrypted form and expense related details you record in the App. All these are manual entries done. No connection to any Bank or third party involved. No reading of SMS involved. Personal Diary details are saved only in the mobile used. 

2. How We Use Your Information

Email and pin is used for authenticating your account. For a Premium user the expense record is synced with Azure sql server database (data rows are transported securely over encrypted network client channels (HTTPS) ) and this acts as a backup storage in case user loses mobile or changes mobile. Thus syncing of expense records across multiple devices via our cloud framework is possible and automated weekly and monthly email for premium user is possible. First time trial user receives a welcome email which is also automated.

3. Sharing Your Information

· Zero SMS Scraping:  DesiPaisaKhata does NOT read, scan, or scrape your private mobile network SMS data lines or banking transaction texts.

· Zero Data Selling: Your data, registration emails, and tracking analytics are completely private. We never share, trade, rent, or sell your data to third-party advertising algorithms.

· Payment Data Safety: All transaction and subscription processing are driven directly via  secure corporate payment gateways including Razorpay and official Google Play Store billing channels. We do not store credit card integers or local bank branch passwords. There is no facility of autorenewal.

· We may disclose data if required by law or law enforcement mandates.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active which means until or unless you delete your account all information you entered will be stored. Personal Diary information is stored in your mobile which you use to login to this app, always locally as it is personal and private. Expense information for premium users are stored in cloud and for Trial users again in their personal mobile which is used to login to the app.  If you wish to delete your account and erase your stored entries, you may initiate a deletion request directly within the App settings panel.

5. Security
We take reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, please be aware that no storage or transmission mechanism over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
