Welcome to DesiPaisaKhata. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DesiPaisaKhata mobile application (APK) and our associated web platform. This application is owned and operated by RAJESH DATTA, acting as an Individual Independent Developer in India

.1. Description of Service
DesiPaisaKhata is a secure expense and income tracking management tool tailored for households and small businesses. It offers premium cloud synchronization features alongside offline income, savings and investment logging utilities.

2. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide a valid email address during initial registration and generate a pin and login. The trial period is free for 10 days post which they need to buy monthly or yearly premium subscription to continue usage. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the application, its SQLite client databases, or its secure cloud infrastructure framework.

4. Intellectual Property
All software structures, application designs, graphical user interfaces, and brand assets relating to DesiPaisaKhata are the exclusive property of Rajesh Datta.
